Love Those Cats! by Heath Morrison

Living with pets can be a mixed blessing. They can provide amusement, companionship, exercise motivation and unconditional love. They accept us for who we are and are proven to reduce stress. The "tail" of two kitties, Milo and Greyheart. Both gray and white, hugable, lovable and usually the cause of what goes bump in the night! We adopted Greyheart in the fall of 2001, a twelve week old spitfire of a female kitten who breathed new life into Sylvester, our elderly in "human years" black and white male.

We adopted Sylvester shortly after Kathleen and I were married and we soon found out that I was allergic to cat dander, unwilling to give him up I had to rely on air filtration and over the counter allergy medications. Kathleen eventually developed a sensitivity to cat dander and dust and I on the other hand developed a higher tolerance and very rarely have an allergic reaction. We enjoyed fourteen memorable years with "Sly", he was very vocal and had as much personality as the cartoon cat.

Milo has been with us for almost two years, he is an affectionate, loud purring and fun loving cat who has a seemingly endless variety of meows and keeps Greyheart on her toes. Our house would not be home without our cats. Young or old, indoor or outdoor, cat or dog, pets are special and sometimes have special needs. Whether it's to promote good health or to guard against and kill fleas and ticks, be sure to visit 1-800-PetMeds and have your pet's exact medications delivered to your door...Saving you Time and Money!
